What do we know about June? June in the Northern Hemisphere is the seasonal equivalent to December in the Southern Hemisphere and vice versa. Personally I'd rather celebrate Christmas in the colder weather rather than 95 degrees. The June birthstone is the Pearl, hell I never found one in an oyster, so no big stone for me. The flower for June is the Rose.
HOLIDAYS TODAY:
TEACHER'S DAY - Boy I bet they feel good that this teaching year is over soon. I am sure the kids do also. When I was in grammar school, I loved the last few days. Actually I hated grammar school, but really enjoyed high school.
NATIONAL GINGER BREAD DAY - HATE GINGER BREAD PERIOD. That is it for today, I have to get ready for a medical check up, Have a great day. I'm working on a new post called "Human Body Wars." Sounds interesting but when I post it, I know you'll think I am crazy or from some planet far, far away. Maybe I am.

Luee
We adopted Luee from the Humane Society in 1996. He was 2 years old, but still a pup. He has slowed down a bit; his age is catching up to him. He is the best dog anyone could ever have. Luee had to be put to sleep on April 15, 2009. Rest in Peace Pup.
