I'm giving Joey Z the day off today and want to write about some amusing why's of life and some humor found in definitions. Let's get started right now.
AMUSING WHY'S OF LIFE:
Why are they called apartments when they're all stuck together?
Why do we press harder on a remote control when we know the batteries are dead?
Why does round pizza come in a square box?
Why isn't there mouse-flavored cat food?
Why is dyslexic such a hard word to spell?
Why are outlets electrical but inlets are geographical?
Why do you believe it when someone tells you there are four billion stars, but you always check when you see the wet paint sign?
SOME FUNNY DEFINITIONS:
Administrivia - All of the annoying little tasks associated with your job.
Aflockalpse - When all those birds fell out of the sky.
Arbitrator - A cook that leaves Arby's to work at McDonalds.
Avoidable - What a bullfighter tries to do.
Balderdash - A rapidly receding hairline.
Buoyant - A male insect.
Burglarize - What a crook sees with.
I have to leave you with a food thought for March, Joey Z would be upset if I didn't. March is "NATIONAL NOODLE MONTH." I know for a fact Joey Z's favorite is the medium size noodles or the Pennsylvania Dutch noodles used to make chicken soup. I heard Roe makes a great secret mac and cheese he loves too.
