Weekend Wishes Speakies:

Making my usual Friday stop to wish you all a great weekend. You for Speakies planning to visit Florida this weekend and next week you can expect showers through Sunday, for us that’s great because we really need the rain. Next week sunny to partly sunny skies, with highs in the upper 70’s to mid 80’s. Perfect weather for a visit to the Sunshine State. Here are some holidays you may be interested in celebrating this weekend.

MY WAY DAY – I thought that holiday was reserved only for Frank Sinatra.

WHO SHALL I BE DAY – Hell I don’t know, some days I don’t even know who I am.

RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS DAY – Roe and her scrapbooking buddies practiced that a few years back by sending different little gifts to each other anonymously. Do an act of kindness to someone this weekend, bet you’ll feel better inside.

THUMB APPRECIATION DAY – Thumbs are important, just look at them nothing pretty about them but they hold mostly everything we use our hands with in life. Without thumbs you couldn’t have thumb fights. So this weekend appreciate those thumbs and remember to wash your hands and keep those fingers and thumbs germ free.

Last but not least “CRAB STUFFED FLOUNDER DAY.” One of Joey Z’s favorite seafood meals. I recently enjoy it at a Red Lobster for my daughter-in-law’s birthday. I miss catching summer Fluke off the Jersey shore, you caught so many and we had some great fluke dinners. Think I’ll say goodbye, once again have a great weekend and be careful out there.
