Good Morning Guys and Dolls:
A bright shinny good morning from Central Florida, highs today should be near 90 degrees and lows tonight in the 60’s. The weather if you are down here is beautiful so enjoy your visit here. The weekend is looking good too.
We honor two holidays today so let’s raise our glasses high and toast:
Buddha's Day - The traditions of Buddhist ceremony include the "Bathing of the Buddha", daily Dharma ceremonies, the Wishing Bell and traditional incense offerings. – Sounds like a fun day for Buddha.
National D.A.R.E. Day - Today we commemorate Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.), a program that has worked to educate children and protect them from these problems. National D.A.R.E. Day provides the opportunity to reflect upon the dangers of drugs, gangs, and violence and to emphasize efforts to combat these threats.

I want to see if anyone I like was born or died today, let’s venture forth:
Born:
1460 – Ponce de Leon – The Spanish explorer who search for the “Fountain of Youth.” I drank from that fountain in St. Augustine years ago, still getting old.
1925 – Shecky Greene – Comedian I liked him in the “History of the World Part I.”

Died:
1981 – General Omar Bradley – Last 5 Star General – he was the G.I. Joe’s general down to earth.

That’s the only people I found that I liked. Got to run we are having Earth Day here at work and the day will be a busy one. Have a great day and be careful.
