Luee

Luee
We adopted Luee from the Humane Society in 1996. He was 2 years old, but still a pup. He has slowed down a bit; his age is catching up to him. He is the best dog anyone could ever have. Luee had to be put to sleep on April 15, 2009. Rest in Peace Pup.

THE FIRST ZIP'S QUIP IS HERE

I AM SEEKING YOUR  ZIPSTER'S FEELINGS ON THIS NEW SECTION OF MY BLOG.  YOU ARE STILL MY GUYS AND DOLLS, SPEAKIES AND WHATEVER YOU THINK YOU ARE.  ZIP'S QUIPS MAYBE ANY THING I WRITE!  A QUOTATION, A JOKE OR WHATEVER MY BRAIN SENDS TO ME.

TODAY A  QUOTE FROM A LEADER LONG AGO, JULIUS CAESAR.

"VENI, VEDI, VECI."  -  I CAME, I SAW, I CONQUERED!
ANOTHER WRITING OF HIS WORDS ARE LISTED BELOW, HEED TO THESE, DO THEY REFER TO OUR TIMES TODAY.   YOU BE THE JUDGE!!!!!

“Beware the leader who bangs the drums of war in order to whip the citizenry into a patriotic fervor, for patriotism is indeed a double-edged sword. It both emboldens the blood, just as it narrows the mind. And when the drums of war have reached a fever pitch and the blood boils with hate and the mind has closed, the leader will have no need in seizing the rights of the citizenry. Rather, the citizenry, infused with fear and blinded by patriotism, will offer up all of their rights unto the leader and gladly so. How do I know? For this is what I have done. And I am Caesar.”
