Luee

Luee
We adopted Luee from the Humane Society in 1996. He was 2 years old, but still a pup. He has slowed down a bit; his age is catching up to him. He is the best dog anyone could ever have. Luee had to be put to sleep on April 15, 2009. Rest in Peace Pup.

BACK IN THE SADDLE AGAIN

Good Day Speakies:

Well its back to work this Monday for me and I'm taking it nice and slow.  Recovery from the hospital is not an easy task with all the new medicines and diet rules but I feel better and have to get ready for retirement next Tuesday.  I promise I will be writing again it may not be every day but I will keep you amuzed and well informed in the "Land of Joey Z's Speakeasy."

I have to throw in some sort of complaint today, while in the hospital you try to sleep and its always a wake up for something.  TV was not the greatest but it did pass the time.  Commercials ugh! here are some more to add to my hate list:

THE BUNDLE COMMERCIAL - EVERYONE HERE BUNDLES, PUPPY? PIE?  THIS COMMERCIAL BELONGS IN THE STEPFORD WIFE'S MOVIE.

THOSE PEOPLE SITTING ON BENCHES HAVING A SUBWAY LUNCH AND YOU CAN'T UNDERSTAND ONE WORD THEY ARE SAYING.  ALONG WITH THE SANDWICHES THEY SWALLOWED TOO MUCH HELIUM GAS.  FIND ANOTHER DIET NUT AND MAKE HIM OR HERE EAT SUBWAY SANDWICHES AND SHOW US THE RESULTS.

Well I have stuff to do, so have a great day and like I said I will be posting again soon.  Thanks for stopping by.

But Joe, we alllllllllll bundle? I also liked the "So Easy A Caveman" commercials. I think the Subway folks are supposed to sound like 4 year olds. Skip has a problem with Subway. I ordered the "Angus Steak Special" and then upon close observation, I noticed that they took what was probably a perfectly good steak and then made a "paste" out of it so that it looked like a steak. It even had black marks that were supposed to imitate grill marks. Like at Arby's where they take a cow apart and then "reform" it so it looks like a roast of beast which is what it started out being in the first place. I just don't get it?

Skip: WaWa has reached Florida, there is one near SeaWorld and a few more popping up. The locals down here won't know what a hoagie is until they try one. Subway does not have the good bread besides who would want avacado on a hoagie.
