I wrote a post on Friday about food and my old neighborhood and all the great places for lunch or dinner. My buddy Mack posted a comment he was enjoying an Italian People's Bakery cannoli as he was writing, don't make me hungry or nothing Mack. Then Tom Glover writes about what I call finger cakes from my old Polish neighborhood bakery and how good they are. A finger cake was a long donut filled with cream and topped with powder sugar, sooooogooood. For you locals around Trenton, NJ they will bring back memories. Both blogs provide photos, news articles and well written information on the good old days. You won't be disappointed.
